An intriguing series that challenges the viewer on many fronts, Neo Ranga breaks the mold.

Originally presented as part of an anime anthology program, Neo Ranga is comprised of a series of 15 minute episodes. To further "stir the pot", Neo Ranga does not start at the beginning of it's story. Instead, it jumps back and forth along it's timeline, aided by the voiceover narration of an unidentified man. Combined with high production values, strong direction and design, and a powerful soundtrack, Neo Ranga grabs the viewer and doesn't let go.

Volume 1: "A God is Risen" Plot Summary:

Minami, Ushio, and Yuuhi, are three sisters living a normal, everyday life in a quiet, distant part of Tokyo. Suddenly, they are thrust onto the national scene when a giant creature - part giant robo, part Godzilla - rises out of Toyko Bay and marches its way across Tokyo to their front door. Strangely, the sisters already know the giant figure. The question now is why is he here? And, more importantly, what to do with him?
