An interesting take on the age old story of Romeo and Juliet, this tale involves Japanese teenagers who are the reincarnated souls of Inca warriors or priests. A beautiful color palette and very striking opening theme (a variation on the Well Tempered Clavier Fugue by J.S. Bach by the Eccentric Opera) are the standouts in this very good anime.BonusBe sure to check the "extra" section of the DVD for a satirical mini-manga of Nazca. It is good to see that the team behind Nazca is not above spoofing their own.
